Reluctantly @bob_lall is having to part with his beast. His bike is now up for sale. UPDATE: Huge response on Facebook via DM’s. As much as I’d love to give the bike away for FREE, it’s not gonna happen… Lowest @bob_lall is prepared to take for this bike is £7000, since 90% of the questions were based around the price. If He didn’t have to, He wouldn’t sell this bike, however it’s just a tad bit small for him. If someone has a Dogma F12 size 56 with similar spec he is happy to swap. Specs: This frame is an Ex Team INEOS Frame which was used by British National Road Race Champion Ben Swift. His name tag ‘Swifty’ is still intact on rear end of top tube (pictured) Bob is the second owner. Currently has approx 6 months Pinarello Warranty remaining. Bike: Pinarello Dogma F12 Size: 55 Wheels: Zipp 404 Firecrest rim brake Tyres: fitted with Continental GP4 Seasons, can throw in used but great condition Conti GP5000s if he get’s the right price. Hello to all of you amazing people out there. It’s been a bit quite on this page for a while. Unfortunately it’s only @bob_lall that’s running/managing this page at the moment. Things got a little bit much for myself (@bob_lall ) a little while back, where I was bordering a mental breakdown. I had to take step back and breath for a bit. My good friends on Insta ⬇️ say this all the time, but never did I think I would find myself in a situation where I needed to take a break for the decline of my own mental health. It was only a mental break, not a physical one. But a break none the less. I needed me time, head space,……. proper time with the wife and kids, where I could concentrate on the things that matter and clear my head of the excessive overwhelming bulls**t that very easily takes it’s toll on you. As much as this is a joyous festive period, unfortunately not everyone feels the same. Read below from @mindcharity Whether or not Christmas is part of your life, your mental health might be affected by it happening around you. It's a time of year that often puts extra pressure on us, and can affect our mental health in lots of different ways. For example, if you: • feel alone or left out because everyone else seems happy when you're not • wish you didn't have to deal with Christmas or find it stressful because of other events in your life • feel frustrated by other people's views of a 'perfect' Christmas, if these feel different to your experiences • want to celebrate with someone who's struggling. The festive period could affect your mental health in other ways too. For example: • Your mental health problem might make it hard for you to spend Christmas how you want.  • Difficult and stressful experiences at Christmas could make your mental health worse. • Enjoying Christmas might also affect your mental health, for example if it triggers hypomania or mania. • It can be harder to access services that normally help you. Some of these services may be closed during the Christmas period. • Your experiences of last Christmas, during the coronavirus restrictions, may affect how you feel about this Christmas. • If you celebrate other religious festivals or holidays, you may feel overlooked if it feels like Christmas is given special attention. • New Year may also feel like a hard time, if it makes you look back at difficult memories or worry about anything in the coming year.
